Regional fresh venison specialties.

Since we have set ourselves to process meat exclusively from local wildlife, we have to adjust the menu to our fellow hunters.
Fortunately, we know not only one of many private hunters and rangers who dedicatedly keep their grounds in clean and sound condition.

Their hunting grounds reach from the Upper Palatinate to the Franconian Switzerland, from Moritzberg to Ludwigshöhe.
The latter, our graduate economist in retirement Mr. A. Jesse lives up the Ludwigshöhe himself and manages 135 Hectare around the Buchberg and the Kreuzberg for many years.

The quality is continuously monitored and checked by the forestry of Röthenbach.
Barren doe, roebuck and wild boar are hunted.
